Position Overview

Rusnak is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator - Employee Relations to join their HR team in a fast-paced, professional, and collaborative environment. This role will support employee relations initiatives and provide administrative support for HR investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee matters.

The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain employee-related documentation and records
  • Assist with employee relations matters and disciplinary action processes
  • Conduct initial intake calls and gather information for workplace investigations
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on employee concerns
  • Support HR compliance and recordkeeping activities
  • Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and HR leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Administration
  • Experience reviewing employee documentation and disciplinary records
  • Familiarity with workplace investigations and employee relations processes
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
